Yarrow essential oil contains a high concentration of chamazulene, giving it a vibrant blue hue. Because it is highly concentrated, don’t apply yarrow essential oil directly to the skin; it must always be diluted into a carrier oil first. 4 drops per 10 ml. base oil (jojoba or sweet almond or coconut oil).

Yarrow is excellent for deep cleansing and opening up pores.

Add a fe drops to a bowl of freshly boiled water. Lean over the bowl with a towel draped over your head for 5-10 minutes to allow the steam to penetrate the skin.

Aroma baths: 6-10 drops dissolved in 1 tablespoon of honey, milk, or sea salt.

Helps with impaired blood circulation, arthritis, and rheumatism, to restore and strengthen the body after infectious and other diseases.

Sedentary bath: from 6 to 8-10 drops, for inflammatory diseases in women.

Inhalations: direct inhalation from the vial or 1-2 drops placed on a handkerchief

Massage / self-massage: Compresses: 4-6 drops per 200 – 400 ml. Hot water.

Aroma lamp/aroma diffuser: 7-8 drops per 15-20 sq.m. area.

Contraindications: do not use during pregnancy!
