Moon Circles
If you’ve landed here we suspect you are answering a calling. A calling that is so ancient and so deep that even in your bones you know that gathering in a circle is sacred and pure.
It is a soul medicine.
A circle is sacred, free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise.
A sacred space to go inward, to be held, to connect and to return home.
The Essence
A constellation of souls, gathering as starlight to mirror the divine within. Where voices weave into one song of remembering.
A women's circle is a gathering of women who come together to sit in a sacred Circle, to connect, share, to hold and support each other in a safe and nurturing environment. It's a space where we can express ourselves authentically, listen with empathy (and remember we're not alone), grow and heal together.
Women and men have been sitting in circles for thousands of years, sharing knowledge and connecting with each other, telling stories. These circles fulfill an innate need for human connection, especially for women going through significant life changes.
There is a reason why there is a resurgence in women choosing to gather. Not only do they help us to connect with our own cyclical nature but they also encourage creative and powerful expression.
There’s no denying that the world we live in can make it difficult to tap into our creativity and spirituality. We’re bombarded with messages that prioritise productivity and efficiency over personal expression and connection.
Our mission and vision with women circles is to connect women and encourage them to creatively express and embody their true nature, despite the noise, despite the competition, expectations and social norms.
“A circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in. Hold on. Love it up. Get Naked. Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle. You will be changed. The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it. Please, please allow it.”

The Circle is a safe and sacred place of unconditional love for all of us, in sisterhood, to show up as we really are. Your whole self is welcome here, whatever you are feeling, experiencing, or dealing with. This is where you bring it to work on. There are so many areas of our lives where there are constraints to who we are, or can be, or where we dim down our light, power and authenticity.
Circle is for every woman. We are all mirrors of one another and so there is no woman who does not belong. We are not trying to create more separation with circle, we are creating unity, harmony, connection, and collaboration. When we acknowledge our judgments toward one another and see that those judgments are our own shadow, we begin to have more acceptance of ourselves and others.
Circle is a space for all voices to be heard. No one sits back just to observe and listen. Everyone is an active participant. Everyone’s voice matters.
Circle is like a wheel, not a pyramid. While there is a facilitator, that woman is not put on a pedestal and treated as separate. There is no hierarchy in circle. Each woman matters. We are each a spoke on the wheel, which means that we must all pull our weight. The wheel cannot turn without everyone understanding and believing that they are equally important in creating the structure of the wheel.
Circle is a place of abundance. We are giving and receiving in the circle. It is not about always showing up as your best self to give. Sometimes, a woman is down and needing to receive support from other sisters and facilitator. While each woman is equal, the facilitator should be compensated for the work she does to hold the space. The lesson here is in valuing the container and the facilitator and seeing it as a mirror, valuing yourself.
Circle is safe. We feel safe by feeling connected to one another. We develop trust through our agreements with one another. Circle is a place where women can share the things, they are afraid to speak and learn how to shine light on shame, so it no longer exists.
Circle is a mirror. There is no judgment in circle because the part of you that I am judging is a part of myself I am not accepting. In circle we learn acceptance. You are my sister, reflecting both my shadow and my light.
Circle is empowering. When we feel disempowered in an area of our life,
Gatherings typically involve guided meditations, astrological & numerological insights, intention-setting and/or release practices, and group sharing. Each session is unique, but the focus is always on fostering connection & empowerment - our deepest wish is to remind you of your beauty & wholeness. Through meditation, dance and ritual, we will complete, release, and create new intentions for ourselves and our lives.
