We offer botanical skincare and beauty products, wellness products, workshops, events and selected services. We make every effort to describe our products and services accurately; however, colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from what is shown online.

Our botanical products may also naturally vary slightly in colour, aroma or texture from batch to batch.

3. Prices & Payment
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website. Applicable taxes will be displayed where required. Shipping charges, where applicable, are calculated or displayed during checkout.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed.

4. Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in exceptional circumstances, including pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If payment has already been made for an order we cannot fulfil, the relevant amount will be refunded.

5. Shipping

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare, cosmetic, botanical and personal-care products cannot normally be returned, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrectly supplied, or where applicable law provides otherwise.

7. Workshops, Events & Services
Bookings for workshops, breathwork sessions, astrology readings, Women Moon circles and other services may be subject to additional booking, cancellation or rescheduling conditions communicated at the time of booking.

Our wellness and educational services are intended for personal development and general wellbeing and do not replace professional medical, psychological, legal or other regulated professional advice.
