19:00 - 20:30This Breathwork class is taking place on a day when Uranus, the planet of sudden awakenings, rebellion, innovation, and liberation squares the two Lunar Nodes -North and South, which represent our soul’s evolutionary axis. The South Node is your past, ingrained habits, and comfort zone. The North Node is your future, your intended path, and where you need to grow.
On that day you may expereince things that were meant to happen long time ago, but for some reason were postponed. Now they manifest in the form of erratic bursts of energy, unexpected events, and a restless need for complete freedom and autonomy (Uranus is the outlet). Old structures shatter to push you toward your authentic self.
On this day I invite you to breathe through the energy and find courage and wisdom within, seeing why this is happening for you.

19:30 - 21:00This breathwork session is dedicated to another square with the Lunar Nodes of fate. Mars, the planet of your inner drive, physical energy, and how you assert yourself stands midway between the two nodal points of the moon’s ecliptic. A nodal square often indicates something we need to heal within ourselves, and perhaps even within our ancestral lineage.
This square is like a crossroad. The South Node represents your comfort zone and past conditioning, while the North Node represents your unfamiliar future. Mars here exposes where you might be settling, suppressing your desires, or giving in to unconscious triggers. Time and life decisions may feel like they are shifting abruptly.
Doors may open or close to reroute your trajectory. If your current trajectory conflicts with your core values or character, this transit will trigger events—often in the form of tension or conflict—to course-correct you.
Our breathwork session is meant to bring you clarity and intuitive wisdom to navigate your decision process. We will learn how to breath through any crisis ofchoice or a situation where maintaining the status quo (South Node) is no longer physically or emotionally possible.
