Preparation and measure:
One teaspoon (0.5 – 1.0 g) of tea is needed for a dose of 200 ml. Use the paper filters included in the package.
The course should be a minimum of 1 cup per day for 4 weeks (we recommend without added sugar).
To calm and support those who are experiencing the accumulation of daily stress, add 5-10 drops of La Vie en Rose – Drops. So a cup of tea will be a tonic for the nervous system.
The maximum amount for one filter is 7 doses (7.0 g).
