Breathwork
Breathwork
You’re here because you need clarity, relief, or a reset. Life feels overwhelming, your mind won’t stop, or you’re holding emotions you don’t know how to release. Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that uses guided, conscious breathing to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom. Whether you’re looking for breathwork in Canton Zug or prefer an online breathwork session from anywhere, this space is for you. In each session, I guide you to release stored emotional tension, mental noise, and limiting patterns, so you can feel grounded, clear, and centered again. Breathwork brings you back into flow — beyond fear, beyond overthinking — into clarity, trust, and inner alignment.
The Essence
Breathwork is like
plugging your soul
into a cosmic socket—
an inhale that kisses
the stars.
An exhale that
unpacks your
It’s a wild ride inward—
equal parts medicine,
mystery and magic.
Tears might fall.
Laughter might erupt.
You might meet
yourself for the first time.
A somatic doorway into clarity, regulation, and inner truth. Breathwork uses intentional, rhythmic breathing to shift your body from a state of stress into a state of inner balance. By consciously altering your breath, you speak directly to your nervous system — signaling safety, softening tension, and creating space for emotional release.
From a therapeutic perspective, this practice:
- Activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to relax deeply
and process emotional tension, calming anxiety and overwhelm
- Increases oxygen and energy flow, supporting mental clarity and focus.
- Releases stored emotions and stress held in the body
- Stimulates the vagus nerve a key component of the parasympathetic nervous
system, and the primary pathway for the body-to-brain conversation. It affects:
- Heart rate
- Breathing rhythm
- Digestion
- Mood and emotional regulation
- Immune responses and inflammation
- Neuroplasticity (the brain’s ability to rewire itself)
From a soul perspective, breathwork is a sacred return to yourself. As you breathe, your mind quiets, your body softens, and your inner wisdom becomes
audible again. In this expanded state, insights arise naturally — without effort or force.
Breathwork doesn’t push you to “figure things out.”
It guides your body to let go, so clarity can find you.
Whether you join an online session from the comfort of your home or meet in person in
Canton Zug, the breath becomes your portal:
from contraction into expansion,
from overwhelm into peace,
from confusion into clarity.
For your mind, body, and inner world.
Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that supports emotional healing, nervous
system regulation, and mental clarity. Through guided, intentional breathing, your body naturally releases what your mind has been trying to manage on its own.
Breathwork helps you:
- Reduce stress and anxiety:
Calm your nervous system and shift out of fight-or-flight into a state of grounded
safety.
- Release stored emotions and energetic tension:
The body lets go of what no longer belongs — without needing to analyze or explain it.
- Gain clarity and inner direction:
Instead of overthinking, you access intuition and the deeper knowing beneath the noise.
- Improve emotional resilience:
Increase your capacity to meet life with presence, steadiness, and trust.
- Reconnect to your body and inner wisdom:
Breathwork brings you out of the mind and back into embodiment.
- Feel more alive and present:
More oxygen = more energy flow, vitality, and presence in your daily life.
Breathwork isn’t about forcing change — it’s about creating space for transformation to
happen naturally.

Some of the Health Advantages of Practicing Breathwork are:
You're here to soar to towering heights...Your Live Sounding Board You're here to soar to towering heights..
Stimulates the parasympathetic nervous system, which slows the heart rate and decreases blood pressure. You are properly oxygenated, and all of your body systems may rejuvenate.
Proposed as a treatment for asthma, arthritis, aches, immunological deficiencies, chronic symptoms, and long-term disorders.
Boost energy and vitality.
Enhances the oxygen capacity of the blood, resulting in increased energy levels.
Allows you to reconnect with your body and discover your intrinsic capacity to heal yourself. Your body produces endorphins, which lessens pain sensitivity. Deep breathing alleviates chronic pain by relaxing previously stiff muscles. Breathwork has been used to treat chronic pain and migraine headaches.
Eliminates pollutants, strengthens the lungs, and improves heart health.
Stimulates and increases blood flow throughout the digestive tract, which promotes digestion. It also relieves bloating and gas. And can aid in reducing gut ailments.
Relaxes the nervous system and quiets the mind, improving sleep quality.
Helps to reduce stress and reduces cortisol and intestinal inflammation.
Benefits the lungs, heart, abdomen, kidneys, and pancreas in addition to improving blood circulation and digestion
You can connect with your divine self through breathwork activities. You have discarded the ego and pushed towards your higher potential in order to achieve this inner spirit. Many people describe feeling more connected to others and the universe after doing breathwork.
Another common result of breathwork is spiritual enlightenment.
Breathwork improves mental clarity and creativity. As a person goes deeper into their inner journey, their self-awareness grows.
One of the most significant advantages of breathwork is that it is a self-healing activity. Humans learn to cure themselves by utilizing the most basic physical mechanism.
Breathwork improves our mood. It is an experience in which you are fully present and aware of your surroundings.
Transpersonal psychologist and founder of Holotropic Breathwork Stanislov Grof posits breathwork enables individuals to transcend their usual mental barriers, often leading to transformative experiences that can include unlocking emotional blockages, reliving past traumas for therapeutic resolution, exploring spiritual dimensions, and gaining insights into personal and existential issues.
Helps to calm emotional ups and downs by reversing the stress response.
Access to suppressed memories and traumas is accessible in the deeper states created by breathwork. People can process and release their scars through breathwork.
Adjusting your breath also modifies your brainwaves. In Beta Waves, we are alert, thinking, making decisions, and problem-solving. Agitation, worry, and fear can all occur during beta. Alpha, on the other side, is associated with rest, reflection, and awareness. Breathwork changes your brainwaves from beta to alpha and even theta, which is linked to less negative thinking, stress, and despair. Theta waves provide an open, intuitive, and responsive frame of mind. Humans can have profound discoveries or “aha” moments. This state is achieved through breathing exercises, deep meditation, or sleep.
Moon Circles
If you’ve landed here we suspect you are answering a calling. A calling that is so ancient and so deep that even in your bones you know that gathering in a circle is sacred and pure.
It is a soul medicine.
A circle is sacred, free of judgement, competition, expectation, pressure or noise.
A sacred space to go inward, to be held, to connect and to return home.
The Essence
A constellation of souls, gathering as starlight to mirror the divine within. Where voices weave into one song of remembering.
A women's circle is a gathering of women who come together to sit in a sacred Circle, to connect, share, to hold and support each other in a safe and nurturing environment. It's a space where we can express ourselves authentically, listen with empathy (and remember we're not alone), grow and heal together.
Women and men have been sitting in circles for thousands of years, sharing knowledge and connecting with each other, telling stories. These circles fulfill an innate need for human connection, especially for women going through significant life changes.
There is a reason why there is a resurgence in women choosing to gather. Not only do they help us to connect with our own cyclical nature but they also encourage creative and powerful expression.
There’s no denying that the world we live in can make it difficult to tap into our creativity and spirituality. We’re bombarded with messages that prioritise productivity and efficiency over personal expression and connection.
Our mission and vision with women circles is to connect women and encourage them to creatively express and embody their true nature, despite the noise, despite the competition, expectations and social norms.
“A circle of women may just be the most powerful force known to humanity. If you have one, embrace it. If you need one, seek it. If you find one, for the love of all that is good and holy, dive in. Hold on. Love it up. Get Naked. Let them see you. Let them hold you. Let your reluctant tears fall. Let yourself rise fierce and love gentle. You will be changed. The very fabric of your being will be altered by this, if you allow it. Please, please allow it.”
– Jeanette LeBlanc
The Circle is a safe and sacred place of unconditional love for all of us, in sisterhood, to show up as we really are. Your whole self is welcome here, whatever you are feeling, experiencing, or dealing with. This is where you bring it to work on. There are so many areas of our lives where there are constraints to who we are, or can be, or where we dim down our light, power and authenticity.
Circle is for every woman. We are all mirrors of one another and so there is no woman who does not belong. We are not trying to create more separation with circle, we are creating unity, harmony, connection, and collaboration. When we acknowledge our judgments toward one another and see that those judgments are our own shadow, we begin to have more acceptance of ourselves and others.
Circle is a space for all voices to be heard. No one sits back just to observe and listen. Everyone is an active participant. Everyone’s voice matters.
Circle is like a wheel, not a pyramid. While there is a facilitator, that woman is not put on a pedestal and treated as separate. There is no hierarchy in circle. Each woman matters. We are each a spoke on the wheel, which means that we must all pull our weight. The wheel cannot turn without everyone understanding and believing that they are equally important in creating the structure of the wheel.
Circle is a place of abundance. We are giving and receiving in the circle. It is not about always showing up as your best self to give. Sometimes, a woman is down and needing to receive support from other sisters and facilitator. While each woman is equal, the facilitator should be compensated for the work she does to hold the space. The lesson here is in valuing the container and the facilitator and seeing it as a mirror, valuing yourself.
Circle is safe. We feel safe by feeling connected to one another. We develop trust through our agreements with one another. Circle is a place where women can share the things, they are afraid to speak and learn how to shine light on shame, so it no longer exists.
Circle is a mirror. There is no judgment in circle because the part of you that I am judging is a part of myself I am not accepting. In circle we learn acceptance. You are my sister, reflecting both my shadow and my light.
Circle is empowering. When we feel disempowered in an area of our life,
Gatherings typically involve guided meditations, astrological & numerological insights, intention-setting and/or release practices, and group sharing. Each session is unique, but the focus is always on fostering connection & empowerment - our deepest wish is to remind you of your beauty & wholeness. Through meditation, dance and ritual, we will complete, release, and create new intentions for ourselves and our lives.
